Fun with "INSIDE & OUTSIDE "

ACTIVITY CONDUCTED - Pre-Number Activity
The students were involved in a fun game where each child threw a ball into a box. When the ball fell outside the box, children said loudly together “outside” and “out,” and When the ball fell inside, children said loudly together “inside” and “in”. Like this every student participated actively and learned the concept of Inside, Outside, In and Out. C.G CG-7 Children make sense of the world around through observation and logical thinking. CG-13 Children develop habits of learning that allow them to engage actively in formal learning environments like a school classroom. PEDAGOGICAL STRATEGIES Use of Real Objects: Give children familiar items like balls, boxes, or baskets to physically place inside and outside the container. Encourage them to say aloud “inside” or “outside” while doing the action. It was play based learning where each participated actively and learned the concept of Inside, Outside, In and Out. LEARNING OUTCOMES Identified the position of objects as inside or outside a given boundary. Demonstrated understanding by placing real objects correctly inside or outside containers, circles, or drawn shapes. Used the terms “inside” and “outside” appropriately in oral communication. Differentiated between situations where objects were inside versus outside. Developed spatial awareness and observation skills through hands-on activities and games. Applied the concept in real-life contexts.
